Abstract

В статье представлены результаты исследования по управлению ассортиментным портфелем в условиях кризиса, определены критерии, которые не учитываются в существующих методах анализа. В рамках статьи предложена методика анализа эффективности ассортиментного портфеля с использованием общих показателей прибыли и затрат.
