Abstract

The article analyzes legislation on public-private partnership (PPP) and addresses the correlation of legislation in the ^ field of PPP, concession agreements, and life cycle contract. The work of the working group on PPP issues by the Expert Council of the Strategic Partnership "North-West", which works under the auspices of the Plenipotentiary of the President of the Russian Federation in the Northwestern Federal District, is mentioned; their aim is to improve legislation in the _ field of legal conditions _ for attraction of investments to the Russian economy and to improve the quality of the goods, works, and services.
