Клинические Исследования Как Элемент Исследовательского Процесса При Создании Инновационных Лекарственных Средств: Возможности И Риски

Abstract

В статье анализируется современный рынок клинических исследований (КИ) в России, приводится анализ привлекательности национального рынка для инвесторов в сравнении с рынками КИ западных стран, рассматриваются проблемы и пробелы российского законодательства, регулирующего область клинических исследований. Показано, что, несмотря на имеющиеся перспективы развития национального рынка КИ, имеются риски перехода фармацевтической отрасли под контроль иностранных компаний.
