Abstract

Высоко конкурентная среда и ограниченность ресурсов предъявляют повышенные требования к отбору проектов, включаемых в портфель диверсифицированных IT-компаний. Вследствие этого становится актуальной задача построения эффективного бизнес-процесса отбора в портфель компании проектов, приносящих наибольший эффект с точки зрения достижения стратегических целей. В статье представлен разработанный авторами бизнес-процесс отбора проектов в портфель диверсифицированной IT-компании, позволяющий отбирать проекты, в наибольшей степени соответствующие стратегическим целям организации. Также приведена классификация проектов, реализуемых IT-компаниями, и критерии оценки для различных групп проектов.
