Abstract

Представлен адаптированный к специфике банковской деятельности подход к оценке зрелости проектного управления в коммерческом банке через анализ компонентов интеллектуального капитала данной организации, позволяющий определить готовность коммерческого банка к реализации проектов, направленных на развитие ключевых направлений бизнеса.
