Abstract

В центре внимания авторов находятся вопросы интеграции предпринимательских структур посредством осуществления сделок слияний и поглощений (M&A) в условиях экономических и политических санкций. Такие процессы динамично развиваются во всех развитых странах мира. Тренд их зависит от многих обстоятельств: конъюнктуры рынка, конструктивной помощи государства, развития финансово-банковской системы и т.д. Авторами исследуется динамика развития рынкаM&A с 2014 по начало 2015 гг., на основе анализа которой выявлен отрицательный трендразвития данного рынка.
