Abstract

В статье проанализированы различные подходы к выявлению фаз экономического развития регионов, проведена модификация концепции структурного цикла с добавлением дополнительных трех фаз экономического развития. Проведена оценка пяти регионов Центрального федерального округа со сходными социально-экономическими характеристиками для выявления фаз циклического развития регионов и эталонного региона как полюса роста.
