Abstract

В статье излагаются основы теории устойчивости производственно-коммерческой деятельности производственных и торговых предприятий. Обосновывается положение, согласно которому логистический менеджмент как инструмент конкурентоспособности объективно обеспечивает устойчивость производственно-коммерческой деятельности на интегрированном рынке. Особо отмечается, что в системе логистического менеджмента определяющими факторами устойчивости являются логистические концепции от SCM до VMI, императивы логистики, синергетика, инновационная активность, профилактика рисков.
