Abstract

К 2020 году Санкт-Петербург должен стать лидером по экспорту современной продукции промышленности и научно-технических услуг, для чего необходимо эффективно выстроить организационный механизм взаимодействия финансового и реального секторов. Целостным механизмом может стать разрабатываемый на законодательном уровне механизм государственно-частного партнерства. В РФ он пока регулируется отдельными нормативно-правовыми актами, как федерального уровня, так и региональными: несогласованность и пробелы законодательства РФ препятствуют его развитию.
