Совершенствование Методов Оценки Венчурных Инновационных Проектов

Abstract

В статье предлагается комплексный подход к оценке венчурных инновационных проектов, основанный на пошаговом использовании метода венчурного капитала, метода дисконтированных денежных потоков, метода построения дерева решений и встраивания в инвестиционный проект реальных опционов. Данный способ оценки перспектив венчурного бизнеса предназначен для осуществления поэтапных инвестиций в компании, находящиеся на различных стадиях развития.
