Abstract

The new epoch in the insurance business, which started in the early 1990s, is characterized by extremely rapid development based on both development of national economics and internal growth of the insurance culture. Nevertheless, financial reinsurance still remains one of the most complicated directions, and it has not been adequately explored yet; the framework for its functioning requires comprehensive study.
