Abstract

The article examines the use of factorial analysis method for the analyses of a medical organization's income from exercising its functions in providing free-of-charge ambulatory medical care for the population of the Russian Federation in the framework of the basic programs of compulsory medical insurance in the situation of per capita funding methods. The author suggests some ways to overcome the inconsistency between the method of scheduling jobs according to the number of patient appointments and the methods of payment described. The article also provides some recommendations on the use of the results of the factorial analysis of a medical organization's income in the managerial decision-making.
