Abstract

The article provides a characteristic of a company's innovative activity, the procedures for the segmentation of a company's universal goal, the methods for the selection of a certain innovative strategy. Segmentation of a universal goal is implemented according to the nature of the activity, its objects, the type of innovative impact upon the object, innovative resourses used for the innovative impact. An innovative strategy is selected in the context of an existing policy, the description of which has a probabilistic nature.
