Abstract

Вступ. У статті систематизуються методи досліджень конкурентних переваг підприємств-монополістів. У існуючому різноманітті методик і моделей, орієнтованих на класичний ринковий інструментарій і ресурс-ну базу, автором були виділені підходи, які забезпечують найбільш широке дослідження проблеми. Мета роботи – структурувати основні фактори створення конкурентних переваг підрозділів компаній-природних монополістів. Результати. Систематизовано комплекс організаційно-економічних заходів, спрямованих на реалізацію потенціалу компаній-природних монополістів у цілому на локальному ринку. Висновки. Охара-ктеризовано можливості виявлення потенційних конкурентних переваг, що базуються на синтезі матриці SWOT-аналізу, моделі конкуренції в галузі і ланцюгу цінності М. Портера.
