Abstract

Dans cet article, on analyse les tendances de la transformation du business et identifie les raisons pour lesquelles les clients choisissent installer les logiciels SAP. Notre argument central est que si vous voulez transformer efficacement votre entreprise, vous devez baser sur les attentes des clients. Pour développer cet article, on a utilisé une révision de renseignements sur le site du groupe SAP. En plus, nous avons analysé le comportement de clients en ligne basé sur les recherches qualitatives et quantitatives.
