Abstract

Представлен анализ зарубежной практики выявления и противодействия «патентному троллингу» как новому виду бизнеса, основанному на злоупотреблении патентными правами. Рассмотрены экономические параметры, определяющие размер возбуждаемых исков и отраслевые особенности «патентного троллинга».
