Модель Формирования Системы Измеряемых Индикаторов Для Определения Приоритетных Направлений На Примере Национальных Институтов Здоровья Сша

Abstract

Президентом РФ поставлена задача разработать измеряемые индикаторы и механизмы реализации научно-технологических приоритетов. Проведен анализ одной из самых проработанных моделей выбора приоритетных направлений научно-технологического развития с использованием измеряемых индикаторов, которая применяется при администрировании научно-технологической деятельности Национальных институтов здоровья США (NIH). Дана оценка степени ее применимости в российских условиях.
