Проблема Имитации Научной Публикационной Активности В России И Рекомендации По Ее Искоренению

Abstract

Показано, что имитация научной публикационной продуктивности активности становится все более острой проблемой управления российской науки. Она обусловлена, с одной стороны, повышением требований к росту публикационной активности сотрудников российских научных и образовательных организаций, а, с другой стороны, отсутствием действующих механизмов саморегуляции отечественного научного сообщества. В статье рассмотрены методы, наиболее часто используемые для фальсификации публикационной активности в РФ. Делается вывод о необходимости развития механизмов саморегуляции в области публикационной деятельности российских исследований и повышении норм публикационной и редакционной этики в российской практике.
