Abstract

Практика введения в хозяйственный оборот результатов интеллектуальной деятельности, полученных за средства государственного бюджета, по-прежнему остается недостаточно освоенной даже после законодательно утвержденного механизма закрепления прав за исполнителем. Лицензионная торговля выполненными за бюджетные средства разработками в индустрии не налажена. В статье обсуждаются проблемы вовлечения РИД, полученные получателями субсидий, в хозяйственный оборот в организациях-индустриальных партнерах. Предлагаются конкретные рекомендации по их разрешению.
