Об Оптимизации Системы Формирования Государственного Задания На Выполнение Работ В Сфере Науки

Abstract

Для обеспечения адресной поддержки результативных ученых и научных коллективов бОльшая часть субсидий, предоставляемых федераль- ным государственным учреждениям, выполняющим работы в сфере научной и научно-технической деятельности, с 2016 г. в РФ будет предоставляться в формате конкурсного финансирования. Это организационное решение за- конодательно закреплено в приказе Минобрнауки России «Об утверждении методических рекомендаций по распределению субсидий, предоставляемых федеральным государственным учреждениям, выполняющим государственные работы в сфере научной (научно-исследовательской) и научно-технической де- ятельности», проект которого предлагается для ознакомления в этой рубрике. Комментирует проект приказа Н. Г. Куракова, директор Центра научно- технической экспертизы РАНХиГС при Президенте РФ.
