Abstract

Необходимость зарубежного патентования рассмотрена в рамках задач, поставленных руководством страны на технологическое лидерство и риски осуществления Национальной технологической инициативы из-за значительного количества действующих российских патентов, выданных зарубежным промышленным компаниям. Рассмотрены факторы принятия управленческих решений о зарубежном патентовании как о коммерческой операции, сопряженной с затратами, которые должны окупиться. Приведены рекомендации по выбору процедур патентования и перечень возможных затрат при патентовании в различных странах. Приведен пример затрат при патентовании за рубежом российского изобретения.
