Abstract

Сегодня одним из важнейших направлений развития нефтегазового сектора экономики России становится полнота и качество освоения разведанных нефтяных запасов, значительная часть которых сосредоточена в малых и средних месторождениях. Исследованы факторы, тормозящие развитие малого и среднего предпринимательства в нефтедобывающем секторе экономики. Рассмотрены механизмы освоения малых месторождений малыми нефтяными структурами.Today completeness and quality of development of the reconnoitered oil stocks which considerable part is concentrated in small and average fields becomes one of the most important directions of development of oil and gas sector of economy of Russia. The factors which are slowing down development of small and average business in oil-extracting sector of economy are investigated. Mechanisms of development of small fields by small oil structures are considered.
