Abstract

Иран, Молдавия, Тунис, Египет, Украина революционные события в этих странах показывают нам, что все чаще для организации массовых протестов используется интернет. Но не переоценивается ли роль новых технологий? И почему в России протестная волна не выплескивается за пределы Сети? Ответить на эти вопросы мы попытаемся в данной статье.
