Сравнительный Анализ Налога На Имущество Физических Лиц В Санкт-Петербурге

Abstract

В статье рассмотрены исторические аспекты налога на имущество физических лиц. Проведен анализ нормативных актов, регулирующих уплату и исчисление налога в РФ. Актуальность исследования обусловлена тем, что до 2020 года всем регионам необходимо перейти на исчисление налога по-новому. Практическая значимость статьи заключается в оценке автором последствий введения налога на имущество физических лиц. Представлен расчет уплаты налога с изменениями законодательства Санкт-Петербурга на 2016 год и динамика поступлений налогов в консолидированный бюджет Санкт-Петербурга за период с 2011 по 2014 гг.
