К Постановке Вопроса О Роли Бюджетной Стратегии В Системе Управления Социально-Экономическим Развитием Региона

Abstract

В статье рассмотрены узловые проблемные точки эффективной реализации стратегического управления на субфедеральном уровне. Обосновано, что в реалиях поиска способов координации регионального стратегирования с бюджетным планированием территорий потенциально эффективным инструментом нивелирования рассмотренных проблем является бюджетная стратегия региона. Представлено авторское определение бюджетной стратегии субъекта РФ как встроенного в систему стратегического управления стабилизатора регионального развития.
