Abstract

Выделены актуальные проблемы развития региональной экономики, обоснованы причины кризисного состояния российской экономики и экономики ее регионов, определена необходимость использования концепции устойчивого и безопасного развития, сформулированы основные принципы и задачи, решение которых способствует переходу к устойчивому экономическому развитию; отмечены территориальные факторы поддержания экономической безопасности региона.
