Abstract

Рассматривается концепция устойчивого развития муниципальных социоэкономических систем на долгосрочную перспективу на основе разработки и реализации документов стратегического характера. Среди факторов формирования стратегии особый акцент делается на повышение инвестиционного потенциала муниципалитета, что связано, прежде всего, с активным проведением глубокой стратегической реструктуризации предприятий, с развитием инфраструктуры и институтов рынка.
