Управление Запасами Угледобывающего Предприятия На Основе Экономико-Математического Моделирования

Abstract

Рассмотрены особенности управления производственными запасами на предприятиях угледобывающей промышленности. Описаны механизмы повышения эффективности управления запасами угледобывающего предприятия посредством использования различных математических моделей в зависимости от вида запаса. Предложено использовать модель Хольта-Уинтерса для прогнозирования спроса в моделях управления производственными и непроизводственными запасами шахты. Определено, что прогнозирование спроса и видовая дифференциация моделей определения оптимального размера заказа и «точки» заказа позволяют адаптировать существующие классические подходы к специфике угледобывающих предприятий и колебаний на рынке сбыта их продукции.
