Abstract

В статье, исходя из особенностей создания в процессе реформирования железнодорожного транспорта страны публичного акционерного общества "Украинская железная дорога", определены основные принципы его функционирования. Доказана необходимость формирования качественной системы корпоративного управления как неотъемлемой составляющей функционирования общества. Предложены основные элементы системы и их содержательное наполнение.
