Abstract

В статье рассматривается проблема эффективного, рационального и оптимального управления службой маркетинга на стабильно действующем предприятии. Сравниваются разные формы и методы управления и выполняется поиск наиболее оптимальной формы управления для стабильно действующего предприятия. Приводится практический пример внедрения этой формы управления. Даются практические советы по эффективной организации службы маркетинга.
