Совершенствование Процедуры Оценки Профессионализма Работников Предприятия

Abstract

В статье обоснована актуальность и выделены основные проблемы процедуры оценки профессионального развития персонала предприятий. Предложено применение средств искусственного интеллекта, а, именно, одномерных карт Кохонена для оценки профессионализма работников. Рассмотрена практическая реализация данного подхода в оценке уровня профессионального развития станочников машиностроительного предприятия. Применение карт Кохонена в оценке работников существенно повышает качественный уровень данной процедуры и обеспечивает эффективность кадровой политики предприятия, а так же мотивацию работников к развитию, росту профессионализма и компетенции.
