Abstract

У статті проаналізовано основні форми управління, розглянуто структуру власності готельних мереж, визначено тенденції розвитку готельних ТНК на світовому ринку.В статье проанализированы основные формы управления, рассмотрена структура собственности гостиничных сетей, определены тенденции развития гостиничных ТНК на мировом рынке.The article analysed the main forms of administration, it also deals with the structure of property of hotel chains, it was determined the tendencies towards the develompent of hotel transnational corporations in the worldwide market.
