Abstract

В статье показано применение механизма управления инновациями на примере совершенствования кадрового потенциала предприятия, рассматриваемого как формирующийся человеческий капитал. Целью предлагаемого проекта является образование научно-производственного объединения на базе кафедры экономики и маркетинга как звена, ведущего студента от полученных теоретических знаний к практике.
