Abstract

Осуществлен анализ понятий организационных изменений и сопротивления персонала организационным изменениям. Определены характеристики организационных изменений. Представлена классификация организационных изменений. Приведены факторы, которые затрудняют проведение организационных изменений на предприятии. Раскрыты роль и характеристики лидеров в процессах организационных изменений. Описаны процедуры политики формирования изменений на предприятии. Причины и факторы сопротивления персонала изменениям разнообразны. Факторы могут быть разделены на определенные группы: психологические, социальные, организационные, профессиональные и экономические.
