Методический Подход К Составлению Стратегических Бюджетов Промышленного Предприятия

Abstract

Предложено для финансового обоснования выделения средств предприятия на реализацию его стратегических целей использовать систему стратегического бюджетирования, которая направлена на повышение эффективности нематериальных активов в целом. Для создания экономических предпосылок реализации стратегических показателей сбалансированной системы предприятия, которые характеризуют нематериальные активы и выделения необходимых средств, обоснован методический подход к развитию связей между системой бюджетирования и стратегией хозяйствующего субъекта, который представлен в виде механизма интеграции бюджетирования и сбалансированной системы показателей.
