Инновационная Экология Как Научно-Методологическая Основа Модернизации Экологической Системы Интенсивного Типа

Abstract

Рассмотрены основные направления и сформулированы важнейшие задачи становления новой научно-учебной дисциплины «Инновационная экология». Использованы количественные методы оценки влияния в отношении применения интенсивных методов использования производственных ресурсов, в том числе природных ресурсов, на эффективность экономических процессов. Исследованы финансово-экономические методы и механизмы, которые широко используются в системе государственного и муниципального регулирования экологических инновационных процессов.
