Abstract

Статья посвящена разработке теоретических и научно-методических подходов к формированию механизма национальной инновационной системы в условиях асимметричности глобального развития.Исследована эволюция теоретических подходов к развитию национальной инновационной системы, определены факторы, влияющие на ее формирование. Углублены научные подходы к пониманию сущности механизма обеспечения развития национальной инновационной системы под влиянием глобализационных вызовов. Проанализирован уровень инновационного развития стран мира и определены формы проявления асимметрии инновационности их экономики. Определены факторы формирования инновационного механизма в условиях асимметричности глобального развития. Обоснованы направления совершенствования инновационного механизма Украины в условиях асимметричности глобального развития.
