Управление Рисками Инвестиционно-Инновационной Деятельности На Угледобывающих Предприятиях

Abstract

Проанализированы показатели деятельности угледобывающих предприятий в Украине. Исследованы основные цели при инвестировании в основной капитал и факторы, ограничивающие инвестиционно-инновационную деятельность предприятий, с учетом отраслевой специфики. Систематизированы риски, которые необходимо учитывать в инвестиционно-инновационной деятельности угледобывающих предприятий, по группам: риски несоответствия законодательным требованиям, финансовые, стратегические, операционные, отраслевые, экологические. Предложен порядок расчета оценки эффективности инвестиционных проектов в угольной отрасли.
