Abstract

Осуществлен анализ тенденций и условий развития субъектов малого предпринимательства в Украине и за рубежом. На основе результатов анкетного обследования выявлены основные проблемы во взаимоотношениях власти и бизнеса, проведен анализ административных барьеров при осуществлении предпринимательской деятельности в старопромышленных регионах.
