Abstract

Статья посвящена проблемам развития старопромышленных регионов Украины. Выделены основные тенденции их развития. Обоснована необходимость формирования соответствующей институциональной системы, поскольку качество институтов оказывает значительное воздействие на экономический рост наряду с соответствующей макроэкономической политикой.
