Abstract

В данной статье рассматриваются подходы к стратегическому планированию в условиях интроверсии и экстраверсии стратега. Хотя влияние психологических факторов на экономические процессы хорошо изучено, роли психологической ориентации стратега уделялось мало внимания. В статье были установлены различия и особенности создания стратегии в зависимости от интроверсии и экстраверсии индивидуального или коллективного стратега. Это позволяет углубить понимание процесса стратегического планирования и закладывает теоретические основы его усовершенствования.
