Влияние Экономической Политики Государства На Инновационный Потенциал Рынка Труда

Abstract

В статье рассмотрено влияние государственной политики стимулирования рынка труда в инновационном направлении. Показаны резервы развития рынка труда в инновационном направлении. Отмечены категории рабочей силы, имеющие резервы использования в инновационной деятельности. Обоснованно негативное влияние чрезмерной занятости в государственных структурах на перспективы инновационной занятости. Объяснено противоречивое влияние на инновационную деятельность иностранной рабочей силы и вступления России в ВТО.
