Abstract

В данной работе проиллюстрировано совершенствование оборудования при производстве крахмала с новыми рабочими органами импульсного воздействия. Известно, что при очистке картофеля от кожуры с целью его дальнейшей переработки, особенно на малых предприятиях, происходит частичный и порой полный слив продуктов очистки в канализацию. В настоящее время существующие технологии и оборудование при производстве крахмала не полностью обеспечивают его утилизацию и, тем самым, крахмал снова попадает все в ту же канализацию, нарушая экологическую обстановку. Поэтому разработка более совершенного оборудования в этой области представляется актуальной
