Abstract

Статья посвящена вопросу становления и развития системы страхования занятости в Республике Корея, которая выступает как антипод системы страхования по безработице. Выявлено, что на этапе становления системы закон «О страховании занятости» распространялся не на все предприятия. По мере развития охват системы страхования занятости увеличивался. В настоящее время данная система охватывает все предприятия с одним и более сотрудником
