Abstract

В статье рассматриваются актуальные проблемы повышения уровня доверия в государственно-частном партнерстве. Предложено реформирование деятельности саморегулируемых организаций с целью повышения уровня доверия российских предприятий к государству. Отмечены несовершенства в законодательном регулировании деятельности саморегулируемых организаций.This article is about the urgent problems of increasing the confidence level in public-private partnership. It was offered to reform activity of the self-regulatory organizations with the purpose of increasing the confidence level of Russian companies in the state. There were noted some imperfections in legislative regulation of the self-regulatory organizations activity.
