Abstract

В статье рассматривается опыт функционирования одной из зарубежных компаний на российском рынке, используемый ею метод учета затрат, причины получения убытков. Предлагаются мероприятия по изменению ситуации на основе сравнительного выбора существующих методов учета затрат на про-изводство и реализацию оказываемых услуг.The article examines management experience of one foreign company in the Russian market, its methods of cost accounting, and reasons for financial losses. The article offers measures to change the situation on the basis of a comparative selection of the existing methods of cost accounting in the production of goods and services.
