Abstract

Одним из методов оценки транспортного средства доходным подходом является опционный метод. Для того, чтобы применить его на практике необходимо использовать другую разновидность опциона реальные опционы, одним из важных факторов применения которого является безрисковая ставка. Использование в качестве ставки дисконтирования процентной ставки по банковским ссудам возможно только при условии эффективности ссудного рынка. При эффективном рынке имеется возможность аппроксимировать процентную ставку и применить ее при определении стоимости автотранспортного средства методом реальных опционов.
