Повышение Безопасности Движения Поездов На Основе Совершенствования Мотивационного Механизма Локомотивных Бригад

Abstract

Сформулированы элементы мотивационного механизма повышения безопасности движения поездов. Выявлена степень важности факторов мотивации, продиктованных потребностями работников локомотивных бригад Дальневосточной железной дороги. Определена теснота связи между возрастными параметрами и значимостью потребностей членов локомотивных бригад.Main components of motivation mechanism of increase of security of railroad transport are described. Degree of importance of factors of motivation based of needs of members of locomotive teams of the Far-Eastern Railways is shown. Correlation between age parameters and importance of needs of members of locomotive teams is measured.
