Abstract

В России наблюдаются специфические процессы трансформации преступности, в первую очередь преступности экономической. Особая специфика отечественных видов организованной преступной деятельности, состоит в том, что российская организованная преступность зародилась в среде легальной экономики, а не в сфере нелегальной криминальной эко-номической деятельности (наркобизнеса, бизнеса на проституции, бутлегерства и др.), как в ряде стран Запада (в первую очередь в США). Экономическая преступность подрывает в первую очередь действие ключевых рыночных императивов принципов эквивалентности обмена, законов стоимости, равновесия спроса и предложения, и др. В итоге появляется целый букет других отрицательных внешних эффектов, экстерналий. Сама экономическая преступность и ее воздействие на экономику представляют серьезные угрозы для экономической безопасности России.
