Abstract

Глобализация и интеграция России в мировую экономику изменяют конкурентную среду продовольственного рынка и ставят под угрозу обеспечение продовольственной независимости страны. Конкурентные стратегии предприятий пищевой промышленности должны учитывать усложнение внешней среды, ориентироваться на глобальный уровень и максимально использовать отраслевые и национальные конкурентные преимущества.Globalization and integration of Russia into a world market change competitive conditions on the food market and threateningly influence on the food safety of the country. Competitive strategies of food-processing enterprises should consider external environment complication, be oriented to a global level and as much as possible use industrial and national competitive advantages.
